Agent of Grace

Dietrich Bonhoeffer was a Nazi-resistor and pastor who lived and worked in Germany.  He was executed by the Nazis, in 1945, shortly before the war in Europe ended.  His statue is included with those of other Modern Martyrs at Westminster Abbey in London.

If your opponent has a conscience,
then follow Gandhi and non-violence.
But if your enemy has no conscience,
then follow Bonhoeffer.
